New servers are processed immediately after payment is confirmed, generally Typical server setup times are from few hours up to 24-48 hours depending on the amount of orders in queue. One dedicated IP addresses is provided with each dedicated server. Additional 3 IP addresses can be provided upon request. With dedicated server hosting, you are the sole user of your private server hardware and bandwidth. A dedicated server is more powerful and secure than a VPS. With a dedicated server, you have dedicated computing resources, storage and bandwidth. With Shared hosting and VPS (including Public Cloud, VPS, Shared Web Hosting), the available compute resources, bandwidth and storage capacity are shared with other tenants.

We offer monthly, Quarterly and yearly packages on Email Hosting accounts, so billing will be accordingly.

Yes. You’ll just need to make a couple of changes to your DNS settings (MX record and an A record), which your current registrar should be able to help you with. You also have the option of either changing nameservers to ours or transferring your domain to us.

Email Hosting is designed to give you flexibility. You can access your account from a range of devices, from desktop to mobile and tablet. You can also access the account from anywhere in the world, provided you have an internet connection.

Your each mailbox shall have 5GB of storage space, you can order multiple of 5 GB additional space If you need larger size for your mailbox.

You can order minimum 1 Email account and maximum up to 1000 Mail ID`s with each domain name.

The mod_rewrite module is enabled by default in Apache that comes with Plesk for Linux. To make use of the functionality, you will need to create an .htaccess file containing the desired rewrite rules – refer to the Apache documentation for more information. Yes. You can purchase Microsoft 365 subscriptions for both Mac and Windows. Office Home & Business 2021 and Office Home & Student 2021 are also available for Mac as a one-time purchase.
With Microsoft 365 subscription plans you get the fully installed Office apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, and Access (Publisher and Access are available on PC only). The OneNote app is included in Windows 10 and is available for free on Mac, although your purchase of Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise provides access to additional OneNote features (features vary).
The Publisher and Access apps are not available for Mac. Current Office app versions for Microsoft 365 and Office 2016 are available for both Windows and Mac.

OneDrive is an online storage service that you can use to store documents, notes, photos, music, videos, or other types of files. With OneDrive you can access your files from nearly any device, and you can share them with others. Sign up for OneDrive. The amount of additional storage that you get depends on your subscription:

• Customers with an active Microsoft 365 Personal subscription receive an additional 1 TB of OneDrive storage per subscription plus 5 GB of storage for free.
• Customers with an active Microsoft 365 Family subscription receive an additional 1 TB of OneDrive storage per user, for up to 6 users, plus 5 GB of storage for 1 user. Each additional user must have their own Microsoft account and be added to the Microsoft Account page.

The additional storage is applied to the OneDrive account that is linked to the Microsoft account used to create the Microsoft 365 subscription. For Microsoft 365 Family, the storage is tied to the Microsoft accounts of the household members who have been added to the subscription.
