New servers are processed immediately after payment is confirmed, Typical server setup times are from few hours up to 24-48 hours depending on the amount of orders in queue. All servers are set up individually, tested by our system administrators, and checked for all service functionality prior to sending you welcome email with server access information.

All servers are carried on a month to month contract (unless if a longer contract period like 3 month, 6 Months or 12 months is selected during the ordering process) Server cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the next renewal date of invoicing.

Linux dedicated servers come with full root access, accessible via an SSH client on the default port. If requested, we can modify SSH access settings for enhanced security. For Windows servers, we provide full Administrator access, allowing you to connect via an RDP client and manage your server through control panels if you choose to order them.

Although we rigorously test our hardware and use top-quality equipment, all hardware can eventually fail. If any faulty or failed hardware is detected over time, we promptly replace it at no cost when you open a support ticket. Each dedicated server includes one dedicated IP address. Upon request, we can provide an additional three IP addresses (or up to seven with certain dedicated servers). With dedicated server hosting, you are the sole user of your private server hardware and bandwidth. A dedicated server is more powerful and secure than a VPS. With a dedicated server, you have dedicated computing resources, storage and bandwidth. With Shared hosting and VPS (including Public Cloud, VPS, Shared Web Hosting), the available compute resources, bandwidth and storage capacity are shared with other tenants.
