Prohibited Activities

Systron Micronix strives to maintain a safe and secure environment for all users of its services. To uphold this commitment, we strictly prohibit certain activities on our platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in the suspension or termination of your account:
1. Spam:

• Sending unsolicited commercial emails (UCE) or bulk emails (spam) is strictly prohibited. This includes promoting products, services, or websites through unsolicited emails or messages.
• Operating mailing lists without the expressed consent of the recipients violates our policies.
• Engaging in "spamvertising" by embedding advertising content within your website or email signature without proper disclosure is also forbidden.

2. Hate Speech and Harassment:

• Creating or posting content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic is not tolerated.
• Threatening, harassing, or bullying other users through any means is strictly prohibited.

3. Pornography and Obscene Content:

• Systron Micronix does not allow the storage or distribution of any content that is considered pornographic or obscene in nature. This includes graphic depictions of sexual acts, nudity, or violence.
• Exploitation of children or adults is strictly prohibited.

4. Pharmaceutical Products:

• Promoting or selling prescription drugs, illegal drugs, or any controlled substances through our services is not allowed.
• Offering or advertising medical services that are not provided by a licensed medical professional is also prohibited.

5. Gambling:

• Running or promoting online gambling activities on our platform is strictly prohibited. This includes online casinos, sports betting, and other forms of gambling.
• Links to gambling websites are not permitted.

6. Crypto Mining:

• Using Systron Micronix's hosting services for cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission is not allowed. The high computational resources required for mining can negatively impact server performance and resource availability for other users.

7. Other Prohibited Activities:

• Any activities that violate intellectual property rights, including copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material.
• Illegal activities of any kind, including malware distribution, phishing scams, and hacking attempts.
• Activities that disrupt the normal operation of Systron Micronix's servers or network infrastructure.
• Intentionally overloading or crashing our servers.
• Using your Systron Micronix service to impersonate another person or entity.

Consequences of Violation:
If you are found to be engaging in any of these prohibited activities, Systron Micronix reserves the right to take appropriate action, including:

• Issuing a warning
• Suspending your account
• Terminating your account
• Reporting the activity to law enforcement authorities

If you encounter any content or activity that you believe violates these terms, please report it to Systron Micronix Abuse Desk - abuse(@)systron.net immediately.
